The hotel of choice in West Chester. It was immaculately clean with consistently courteous and attentive staff. The restaurant was at a moderate distance from the property.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I had a wonderful overnight stay, enjoying the ease of walking to nearby parks like West Goshen Community Park, around a 5-minute stroll away, and the Chester County Art Association, just less than 3 km away, where I soaked in the local art scene and beautiful scenery.

The beds were clean.

The bathroom sink was cracked, and I noticed loose tiles on the floor. The hair dryer didn't work, and I couldn't find an available electrical outlet for my car. The lack of maintenance was alarming, and I felt uneasy regarding the safety of the facilities.

Checked in and it felt chaotic, but then Shirley swooped in like a superhero! She sorted out the mess and got me a bigger room, super appreciated! The dining options were decent, but the place could've used a good clean. Shirley's kindness.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and attentiveness throughout my stay, contributing significantly to a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that facilitated restful sleep. The Wi-Fi was disruptive, with frequent interruptions, and the hallway had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, diminishing the overall comfort. The simplicity of the room's furnishings felt reminiscent of a dorm, lacking essential ambiance that travelers might expect.
